We are differentiated by our approach to Standardization, as we believe that any organization that is desirous of the benefits of Standardization, can, given the relevant time and resources that are required to be deployed, achieve any of the Standards that we administer. Our projectized approach stands us out as we never leave a Client until our pre-agreed outcome is achieved.

Our Methodology:

Step 1: Gap Analysis

We seek to understand our Client and its processes by engaging its Managers and documented processes. Ultimately, we assess the relevant gaps and prepare for the needed work.

Step 2: Create Team

From our Gap Analysis, we create from our Client’s workforce, the Team that we believe is needed to achieve the desired outcome, setting out their relevant roles and responsibilities.

Step 3: Implementation Plan

We not only create the Team, we work together to draw up an agreed Implementation Plan for all that is required to be done for the desired outcome (milestones and deliverables). By this process, we ensure that every member of the Team, our Client’s people, owns the Project.

Step 4: Awareness + Training

We are not oblivious that the Team members may not be sufficient to achieve the desired outcome, accordingly, we ensure that all relevant personnel of our Client, are duly aware and trained on the desired outcome.

Step 5: Internal Audit

Ahead of the External Audit that will directly lead to our desired outcome, we embark on extended Internal Audit and corrective actions processes that will more clearly document and repair all the gaps earlier identified at the onset of the Project. In this phase, we duly support our Clients with our templates and experiences garnered over the years.

Step 6: Management Review

Just before the External Audit that will directly lead to the desired outcome, we embark on a last stage review of the outcome of our Internal Audit with our Client’s Management to ensure that we have the fullest Management support ahead of the External Audit process. In this stage, we simulate the mock External Audit to get our Client’s Management comfortable for the last and final stage.

Step 7: External Audit

This is the last stage that we have so far worked on, to ensure that it leads to the expected outcome – the certification of our Client as one meeting the Standards that we administer. We stand by our Clients through this process and beyond, knowing that Standardization does not end with certification.
